ViewClass relies on an internal accounts-and-permissions system: each user gets an account with a username, password, and role-specific permissions, seeing only the tools and data relevant to their responsibilities. This role separation makes the system manager's interface different from the teacher's, the student's different from the parent's, and so on for the rest. The result is a clearer, simpler experience for each user and clearer permission governance and more controlled access to data based on each role. School System Manager
The system manager starts by configuring the school's core settings, then manages its full environment on the platform: users, permissions, subjects, timetables, grades, certificates, libraries, and communication tools, with multiple reports to evaluate performance.
What They Can Do
- Configure core system settings and add academic-year start and end dates, stages, grades, and classes.
- Add users (students, parents, teachers, admins) via form, Excel, or Excel files exported from Noor when available, set each user's permissions by role, and export user cards.
