What This Service Delivers
The platform gathers your school's data every day; the question is not "do we have data?" but "does leadership see it in a form decisions can be made on?" ViewClass's Administrative Reports and Dashboards answer with three report families covering the school from the highest level to the finest detail.
What you get:
- First: administrative reports — analyzing overall performance in a period you set with start and end dates: the general schools report, day absence by class, period absence by class, subject absence summary, and the general subjects report.
- Second: statistical reports — interactive comparison between schools (branches) in assignments, teachers, virtual classrooms, discussion rooms, lesson preparation, question counts, and interactive content — to understand engagement and productivity for each school and teacher group.
- Third: user reports — in three tabs: students, teachers, parents. The teacher educational performance report shows the number of exams and assignments, videos, attachments, virtual classrooms and discussion rooms, weekly preparations, and the student engagement rate with each element — with detail per teacher: subjects, activities, and administrator notes.
- Action from the report: an administrator note shown to the teacher with its timestamp, and hiding inappropriate activity with teacher notification.
- Indicator dashboards showing attendance, performance, and engagement at a glance, according to the user's role and permissions.
How It Works in ViewClass
- Data is collected automatically from all services — no entry and no external spreadsheets.
- Leadership selects the report from "Reports": administrative with a date range, statistical by comparison, or a specific user report — and clicks "Display".
- Reads and acts: compares branches and classes, drills down into a specific teacher, sends a note or hides an activity, and exports what is needed for meetings.
What Your School Gains
- Management on four levels. Student, class, grade, and the school as a whole — in numbers, not impressions.
- Real supervision of teachers. The teacher performance report shows who prepares, assigns, and engages with students, and who does not — so support and recognition go where deserved.
- Fair comparison between branches. An educational entity managing more than one branch sees each branch's performance against the others from one account.
- Fast, documented intervention. A note to a teacher or hiding an activity is done from the report itself, with a recorded timestamp.
