Paper circulars do not arrive, and group messages are buried under dozens of others. ViewClass's Announcements and School Calendar place updates where they cannot be missed: the announcement appears the moment a user logs in, and the event appears in its place in the calendar everyone opens.
What you get:
- Targeted announcements: a title and concise content, a defined target group (students, teachers, parents, and so on), a display period with start and end dates, and the relevant school or schools — shown to the group immediately on login.
- Post-publication management: view the announcement, edit its content, delete it when needed — from the announcements table.
- A school calendar: events for everyone or for specific people and groups, with daily, weekly, or monthly views, navigation between periods and a "Today" button, and printing the calendar with its events.

How It Works in ViewClass
- Administration adds the announcement from "Announcements": title, content, group, period, school — and submits it to publish.

- Every user sees what concerns them: the announcement at login and events in their calendar and home page, with the announcement ending automatically when its period expires.
