What This Service Delivers
Everything your school needs to start on ViewClass begins here. School Setup and System Configuration turns the contract into a platform ready to operate: a school defined by its track and stage, settings aligned with its policies, grades and classes with their capacities, and data uploaded accurately — all handled by a dedicated activation team, not by your school's effort alone.
What you get:
- School creation with its name, educational track (national or international), stage, and default interface language (Arabic or English).
- General settings that match your policies: contact details and social accounts, what users may edit in their own accounts, first day of the week and working days, calendar type (Gregorian or Hijri), the adopted grading scale, discussion-room and messaging policies, and the approved virtual-classroom platform.
- Grades and classes: assigning the grades the school serves (hiding those it does not — a primary-only school, for example), and creating classes with their maximum capacity and homeroom leader.
- Bulk data upload from Excel files using ready templates, including files exported from the Noor system when available: students, parents, teachers, administrators, and subjects.
- Multiple branches: an educational entity managing more than one branch sees all its branches on one screen, each with independent settings, with student transfer and permission copying between branches.
How It Works in ViewClass
- Data collection: your school's system administrator sends student, teacher, subject, and timetable data in the templates provided by the activation team — or Noor files when available.
- Configuration and upload: the ViewClass team creates the school, configures its general settings as you specify, defines grades and classes, uploads the data, and verifies completeness (the advanced student list reveals any missing data, and the unlinked-students report ensures every parent link is complete).
- Handover and training: the system administrator receives a ready platform and is trained to manage it; teacher, student, and parent accounts then go live.
What Your School Gains
- A launch without internal burden. All technical setup sits with the activation team; your school only gathers its data and approves the settings.
- A system that reflects your policies, not the reverse. Working days, calendar, grading scale, discussion policies — all are settings configured to what your school actually applies.
- Correct data from day one. Built-in verification tools expose gaps before launch, so you do not discover them in the first week of school.
- A foundation for everything after. Attendance, grades, communication, reports — all build on this setup, and its accuracy reflects on all of them.
